Women’s Group with Natasha Curnock

A therapeutic group offers a unique and confidential space in which we can reflect upon ourselves and get valuable feedback from others.

The experience of working with other women in an on-going group is empowering, enlightening and creates opportunities to get to know and share who we are.

Some themes to be explored include;
• Creating and managing satisfying relationships with partners, friends, family and colleagues
• Work and career transition or satisfaction
• Self care and building self-esteem

Location: Spectrum, 7 Endymion Road, N4 1EE

Dates: The group meets fortnightly on Friday evenings from 6.30 - 9pm and one full Sunday per term from 10am – 5pm.

Sunday 15th April 2018
Fridays: 27th April, 11th & 25th May, 15th & 29th June.

Cost:  £280 per term

Booking: Spaces are limited to six participants.  An initial commitment of at least one term is required.

The workshop leader is Natasha Curnock.

Natasha began her own personal development in 1996 and psychotherapy training in 2003. She is a graduate of the Spectrum Training Programme, which is a United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) member organisation. She has been in private practice since 2008. Her previous career for 13 years was in international qualitative research and brand consultancy, moderating discussion groups and workshops on a broad range of issues and subjects. She has been a participant in personal and professional development groups for 15 years and continues to be for the enriching experience it brings.
